The following was released in this version:
- We have released a new Swonkie Insights API for people who wants to develop and automate with Swonkie data https://developers.swonkie.com/public-api
This API access has to be directly requested to our support or account managers in order to enable it for your subscription.
- Pre-created Widgets for Instagram: added widgets for followers by age, city, gender, and country on Instagram—just like on Facebook! This makes it even easier to access these metrics without manual setup.
- Dashboard Optimization:
- When duplicating dashboards and widgets, filters and sorting are now correctly preserved. Enjoy better control over your analytics!
- Fixed filter behaviors in the "Top Performing Feed Posts" and "Top Performing Stories" widgets—results now align with the correct interactions and content types.
- Improvement in the "IG - Top Performing Video Posts" widget: now clearly separates Reels from Stories and allows you to create widgets focused only on Reels.
- TikTok Insights:
- Fixed issues in TikTok reports, particularly regarding total followers when selecting the last available day, and corrected the translation for "likes."
- Added toggle to automate utm_content in new planning posts.
- Clearer Feedback: Added a warning whenever you try to connect an IG profile without FB pages—making the process more transparent!
- Upload Experience Improvements:
- Fixed an issue with image uploads in classic scheduling that would get "stuck" converting to max resolution—positive feedback after this fix.
- Fixed image ordering in carousels within the new scheduling tool. The saved order is now shown even after refreshing the page.
- Adjusted Reports and Metrics:
- New metric views for Instagram Business Competitors.
- Rate metrics (e.g., percentages) now display two decimal places—no more 0% when there’s data under 1!
- Classic reports: impression calculations by type (organic/paid) adjusted to comply with the latest changes in social networks.
- Facebook follower widgets now correctly display data for all recent days.
- Better handling of Facebook page likes/fans data after official deprecation by Facebook—you can now check the historical data by exporting to CSV, and we recommend using followers ("page_follows") as the main reference in the new experience.
- Resolved Instagram Permission and Profile Update Errors:
- Users with access to update profiles in settings can now do so without blockages.
- No more issues in the app’s permission update flows.
- Ad Account Management:
- Fixed ad account import listings—ad accounts "owned" by a client's client are now also shown, making integrations easier for agencies.
- Other:
- Minor adjustment: if you don't have permission to publish, the "new post" footer now shows an informative warning instead of being blank.
- Updated Widgets/Tables: Widget names cleaned up and translations reviewed for anyone who had widgets like "widget.page-followers-city-table.name" without translations.
